Reading a player's card

Every number this man has posted tonight sits above, each with the rate he has cleared it at, the fair price once the hold is stripped out, and the best price on the board. The rate is counted at the exact line rather than averaged, and where the defence he is facing is clearly soft or clearly tough against his position, that split is used instead.
